Once you have selected a yacht, dates and location, we will provide you with a Charter Agreement, which clearly defines the rights and obligations of each party. Upon signature you will be asked to provide a deposit-usually 50% of the charter fee- which will secure your contract. The balance payment along with any advanced provisioning allowance (A.P.A) of the yacht, value added tax (V .A. T .), as well as any delivery or redelivery fees will be due one month prior your date of embarkation.
The charter fee includes the use of the yacht and equipment, crew wages and food, insurance on yacht and crew. Also included are harbor dues within Greek waters, water and/or electricity taken ashore.
The charterer will be charged additionally for V.A.T., fuel consumption, meals, drinks, gasoline for the tender and the water toys, canal dues, berthing and harbor expenses outside the yacht's cruising area, communication costs, transportation and rental costs, any, special equipment placed on board at the charterer's request, laundry and gratuity for the crew. The latter is customary amounting usually to 10-20% of the charter fee.
